Pretty normal hotel wasn’t the cleanest but decent be aware of daily parking fee over 20$. Checkin was easy and when items were requested to the room they delivered to the room shortly after. All in all I would stay again if needed

We love this hotel! The place is clean, very nice, the perfect location for attending events at PPG Paints Arena, and the staff have always been very helpful.

Was not thrilled with the fact I didn’t have a room until two hours after check in time. I was told “4pm is your check in time not what time your room is ready”. Maybe I’m just not understanding what a check in time is? But typically I expect to be able to check in and go to my room. I also wish it was better disclosed that parking is an additional $40, I saw nothing when booking about this and you would think they’d at least give you the option to add that when you book. Not much interaction with staff but the ones I did see were pleasant. Room probably could’ve been cleaned a little more thoroughly.
